Academic Story:

I did my BE(Bachlore in Engineering) from Institute Technical Education & Research(Deemed University), Bhubaneswar in 2005. Soon after completion of BE I was searching for a career opportunity in the research instituions, however the effort did not fructify as it was expected. Later, I joined as a lecturer in Computer Science Department at Silicon Institute of Technology , Bhubaneswar. I was teaching courses on Computer Architecture and Algorithm Design and Analysis. My research interest was still alive somewhere despite the teaching job. I was trying for the opportunity, and in the same year I got a call from Department of Computer Science and Automation , IISc for MSc(Engg) program and I moved to CSA, IISc. After two and half years of research effort I could able to submit my work on Low Power System-on-Chip Testing. My thesis was under the supervision of Dr. Virendra Singh (Dr. Singh recently moved to IIT Bombay) and Prof. Matthew Jacob.

Quest for reality has always been my motivation for higher study, and again it inspired me to pursue PhD. Currently I am continuing the PhD in the same area under the same professors in the same department. Expecting to complete by 2015.
